Cycle2work is a government initiative which offers a cost-effective way to get a new bicycle. If your employer has joined Cycle2Work, you won’t have to pay tax or national insurance on these items – saving you up to 47%. The reduced cost is simply deducted from your payslip over 12 or 18 months.
How it works
Step 1 – Selection
Select the bike you would like from our website and contact your employer.
Step 2 - Apply
Apply for cycle 2 work through Halfords’ website
Step 3 - Ordering
Email your chosen bike to cycletowork.uk@accell-group.com. Please include the size, colour and delivery address. We also require your LOC number (letter of collection) and a contact number for our couriers. We will then finalise the order for you.
Step 4 – Ownership
Once your agreement comes to an end Halfords will contact you directly with their various end of agreement and ownership options.
