TERMS & CONDITIONS

By entering the giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. PARTICIPATION

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

A) Register via the link on the giveaway landing page “HAIBIKE GIVEAWAY”.

B) Subscribe to the HAIBIKE newsletter (you can unsubscribe at any time).

C) Provide their first name, last name, and email address, confirm that they are 18 years or older, and accept the giveaway terms and conditions.

The giveaway starts with its publication on April 14, 2025 at 2:00 PM (CET) and ends on May 5, 2025 at 11:59 PM (CET). Winners will be notified no later than May 12, 2025 at 11:59 PM (CET).

Participation is free of charge and not linked in any way to the purchase of products. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. The giveaway is open to all individuals aged 18 or older who reside in the European Union. Employees of Winora-Staiger GmbH and Engelbert Wiener Bike Parts GmbH and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Optional:

To increase your chances of winning, you can like and comment on the giveaway post for 2025 on the official Haibike Instagram account “@haibikeofficial” and follow the account. To ensure these actions are considered, please enter your Instagram username in the optional field on the giveaway landing page. Your Instagram username will be used solely for participation verification and will be deleted after the giveaway ends and contact has been made in case of winning.

2. PRIZES AND DRAWING

The prizes:

1st Prize (Grand Prize)
A HAIBIKE LYKE CF SE by Winora-Staiger GmbH. The product image is for illustrative purposes only. Winora reserves the right to replace individual components pictured, meaning the delivered bike may differ accordingly.

The delivery of the prize bicycle is subject to availability. Depending on the frame size and stock levels, delivery may be delayed. Therefore, a specific delivery date cannot be guaranteed. However, Winora will make every effort to provide and deliver the prize bicycle as quickly as possible.

2nd Prize
A 3-night stay for 2 people including the Large Stay Package between May 16 and September 31, 2025, in one of the brand-new “Double Dips” at the Dips&Drops Hotel in Austria. The winner of the second prize will receive a booking code from Dips&Drops upon accepting the prize.

Winner Selection:
The winners will be chosen at random and contacted directly by email by Winora-Staiger GmbH. The selected winner has 5 days to respond to the email and confirm acceptance of the prize. If no response is received within 5 days, the prize claim is forfeited. Please check your spam folder, as prize emails may be redirected there.

Winora-Staiger GmbH will arrange the delivery with the winner and cover shipping costs. The prize will be handed over by a Haibike dealer near the winner, selected by Winora-Staiger GmbH.

3. INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ART. 13/14 GDPR

We, WINORA-STAIGER GmbH, Max-Planck-Straße 6, DE-97526 Sennfeld, Germany, process your personal data as defined by Art. 4 GDPR — including first name, last name, email address, and country — solely for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and later sending the Haibike newsletter.

Your data will not be shared with third parties, except for service providers processing data on our behalf pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR or the operators of the platforms used (Facebook/META), nor within the Accell Group. Your data will be automatically and irrevocably deleted once the purpose is fulfilled and any legal retention periods have expired.

Please note that Facebook (META), Google, and potentially other service providers are based outside the European Economic Area (USA).

WE WOULD LIKE TO POINT OUT THAT THE USA IS NOT CONSIDERED A SAFE THIRD COUNTRY UNDER EU DATA PROTECTION LAW.
We have no control over this data processing.

Furthermore, the Facebook (META) Promotion Guidelines and the conditions of Facebook (META) Lead Ads or Google Lead Ads apply. Depending on the method used to enter, the respective privacy notices listed at https://www.haibike.com/de-en/about-haibike/privacy/ apply.

By accepting the prize, the winner expressly agrees that the organizer may use images and materials related to the prize and its fulfillment for media purposes within its web presence and on social media channels. You can object under Art. 21 GDPR or exercise any further data subject rights at any time by contacting the data protection officer (Dipl.-Ing. Lars Ebertz, lars@ebertz-datenschutz.de) of Winora-Staiger GmbH.

4. PREMATURE TERMINATION

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway at any time without prior notice if technical reasons (e.g., hardware or software errors, computer viruses, or manipulation) or legal reasons prevent the proper execution of the giveaway.

5. ORGANIZER

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. The contact and responsible party is solely the organizer as named in point 5.

7. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE

If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced with the legally permissible regulation that most closely reflects the original intent and purpose. The same applies in the event of a gap in these terms and conditions.
